Working with veterinary

We support educational and research use within veterinary practices by supplying documented botanical batches and reliable provenance & quality information. Our communications are strictly limited to raw material identity, batch data and quality-conformity notes — never to clinical claims or dosing.

What we provide

  • Homogeneous batch samples labelled for traceability (Latin name, part used, form/grade, Lot No., net weight).
  • Batch Data Sheet with core sourcing fields (Lot No., harvest year, country of origin, part used, form/grade, storage notes) and brief QC notes (e.g., identity/macroscopy references; foreign-matter screen; typical moisture/loss-on-drying ranges).
  • Reference subsets suitable for identity checks (macro/microscopy, TLC/HPTLC fingerprinting) according to your laboratory’s SOPs and monographs.
  • Where available: internal batch control results (e.g., cut grade/particle size, sensory notes) aligned with widely used guidance for herbal materials.

How we work

  1. Send your species list, intended use (teaching/research) and sample sizes.
  2. We confirm availability and assign batch IDs; an optional chain-of-custody form can be included.
  3. We pack, seal and ship as requested; a simple packing list with batch IDs is enclosed.

Scope & disclaimers

  • Materials are supplied for educational and analytical purposes within the practice — no veterinary clinical advice is provided.
  • We do not provide complementary or alternative treatment advice; clinical decisions remain with veterinary professionals.
  • Advertising and communications remain limited to identity, batch and quality data; no medicinal claims.
